so far, 2012 has brought germs to Mr. Otter, and lots of time to Mrs otter for her writing career… She’s chugging away at the book trying to get her first draft done before April… Mr. Otter has a project due on the 31′s that he is working on… hopefully the germs won’t beat him.

I am sorry little bloggy, we have been too busy to pay enough attention to you. Please don’t be sad, We will have lots of time in 2012 (heh) to make and do things.
News:
Mrs. Otter has been busy finishing her book… and is about to start writing another one
Mr. Otter is working on a project for the Columbia Festival of the Arts.
Both have been a little too busy for their tastes, but soon things will (hopefully) slow down enough to get back to the crafting.
Well, 7 weeks down, 2 to go. Mrs. Otter and I have been very busy with the faire and I have been remiss in posting here. I have been weaving all kinds of new items, both commissions and new designs. Mrs Otter added a new product to her catalog as well. I am going to try to post some pictures of stuff next

Mrs Otter and I spent the weekend at Revel Grove (MDRF) and had a good time. We spent several hours visiting with our friends and talking about crafting with people while weaving and crocheting at the white heart tavern. This weeks baked good was pumpkin bread (no sugar) with pecans. I was able to finish a couple commissioned pieces, I did a proof of concept mock up for another, (Completely redesigned after talking with the customer earlier in the week… He likes BLING!)
I have a couple interesting commissions to work on over the next week or two. (3 pairs of earrings, 2 necklaces, a set of the special juggling cubes, a bracelet.) plus I need to source some materials for the redesigned project Also I have to finish my rechargeable steam-punk table lantern centerpiece for a halloween party… and I want to make a (functional) cane for the event.
